“ I took my kids for lunch on Sunday. We were seated immediately. The lady’s serving were very pleasant. We all ordered pancakes and side off bacon. I think we all agreed the pancakes were amazing. And the bacon was on an other level. It was a very nice experience. We will definitely return! ”

“ Everytime we go here the service is incredibly fast and pleasant and the food is always consistently good. They do tend to get quite busy during peak times so keep that in mind if you're trying to go on a weekend as they only have about a dozen or so tables. Breakfast is very reasonably priced with generous serving sizes, I typically go with the Big Boy breakfast pictured here which goes for about 13. Parking is somewhat limited when it is busy but you can usually park at the side or the plaza next door. Great spot. Highly recommended. ”
“ always love coming to the Ontario St. location! They have a set menu, however, their specials always feature items that may not be listed and you can ask to customize your breakfast or lunch! They also have a variety of different dietary options to choose from so a great restaurant to visit if you struggle with finding restaurants to accommodate your specific needs. I don’t want to forget to mention that the staff here are incredible! The ladies are always so friendly, kind and efficient! I love how they take the time to really get to know their customers, makes you want to come back even just to grab a coffee and chat! Definitely recommend Johnny Pastrami’s Ontario St. location you won’t be disappointed!! ”

“ I just found this place and I love it. Breakfast is the most important thing for me and they do it amazingly. The menu may not look complex but they nailed the flavours. The pastrami is delicious, tender, juicy and savoury. Fries and gravy are delicious. They do a regular breakfast menu in an amazing way. The staff is excellent and very friendly, they make you feel like home and the other customers as well. They have built a community of delicious food and great people. I recommend the onion rings, they're delicious. Come here and leave a nice tip. ”
